San Francisco-
The city of hills is one of the top tourist destinations in the world. San Francisco is known for its cool summers, steep rolling hills and important landmarks like Golden Gate Bridge, cable cars, prison on Alcatraz Island and Chinatown district. Twin Peaks, a pair of hills forming one of the city’s highest points, forms a popular overlook spot.

When planning a trip to San Francisco, Traverik can offer you the best experience. Traverik.com offers the travelers a choice of choosing from different travel themes viz. Family Trip, Honeymoon or Couple Itinerary, Outdoor and Adventure Itinerary and the default Generic Itinerary. A different plan is associated with each travel theme and is easily customizable based on travelers’ requirements.
Some travel tips for San Francisco:
§ Have some warm clothes to put on; remember San Francisco is known for its cool summers.
§ Carry a pair of good shoes for walking on steep hills
§ Street parking is difficult. The Stockton-Sutter Garage may be a good value in the downtown area
§ Smoking is not allowed in parks, restaurants, shops, bars, and in the seats at baseball or football stadiums or within 25 feet of many office buildings.
§ Alcatraz is a must-see for first time visitors.
§ Just north of Twin Peaks, Tank Hill is a secret spot for panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge, downtown and the Bay.
§ Yes, don’t ever call it ‘Frisco’. Its better to avoid even ‘San Fran’. S.F. would do for San Francisco.

We have worked tirelessly to bring to you a product that as we speak, is still being further worked upon to give you the best possible experience. Though, we have some limitations. From the day, Traverik was conceptualized, it has been our sincere endeavour to give you a product solves your all travel hassles without creating any new ones. One-click travel planning is now a reality courtesy Traverik.
Enter the place you want to visit and the date. Viola! you have a readymade plan. it is that simple. you can stretch your visit to as many days & as many places as possible and we will still come up with a plan for you.

Screenshots above give a sneak peek into what’s in store for you. It’s an exciting world out there for you to go and explore. Your destination & desired date are the only data that you need to come up with for a readymade trip plan. Wait, that’s not all.
You know more about destinations than we do? Absolutely fantastic! You can create your plan. Add your own pit stops in the planned trip. You have total control over destinations you want to visit and places you want to see.

But the goodies just don’t stop here. ‘Invite Friends to collaborate’ lets you collaborate with your friends & loved ones. You can share your plan with them on facebook, twitter etc and get their suggestions/modifications etc and can plan a group trip as well.

This is just the beginning and we hope to make your entire traveling experience exactly what it should be: fun & enjoyable. Stay tuned for our further updates when we let you have even more options. In the end, you decide what you want and you get it. Cheers!

We have got lots of feedback from our users and would like to thank you guys for sending us feedback so often. While going through it we realised that people liked our UI a lot but had a few issues with the usability part. We understand how important it is for an app to be more intuitive than good looking, that is why we decided to redesign Traverik.
The good news is that the new design is almost complete and we are testing it currently. We have tried to reduce the learning curve of our users by imitating natural workflow from offline world. We will be making the new flow completely live by Friday and hope that you guys like it.
As always we want lots of feedback from all of you!
Happy trip planning!
